how to delete my startlogic account?

i have been trying to get my site set up with them for 6 months and want to delete my acount. how?

I wish I know I am in the same boat …They sux, and bad customer service. I dont have the answer, but I will post and tell the world to stay away from them. DO NOT USE STARTLOGIC THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!
