I am after some recomendations on web hosting companys.
The current webhost I am with is unreliable and has had alot of downtime over the last month and has informed me that both my site will be down for about 6 hours today which isnt on!
I have a business to run here and I need to improve my up-time for my customers, and the only way to do it is to change hosts.
Is hostgator compatible with windows Vista? On their site, they had package for Linux only.

Seriously, they are horrible! One time I waited 1.5 hours for a customer service support. I cancelled my service after 24 hours. Who rates these companies to be the best in their industry? Are they paid by the same companies that are supposedly "the best"?
Bluehost really sucks, when I first used it was fin but soon it was slow,less storage space and other problems that is very annoying, Is it possible to close down a bluehost account. If yes, How?
